Felt at home, no complaints

This hotel in the heart of Athens is a great find. The location is fantastic, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to provide guidance and recommendations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bathtub and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options and the Filter coffee is to die for.

No negatives, everything was perfect.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including a kitchenette in the room. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the cruise terminal and there were many good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

Modern, air-conditioned rooms with hardwood floors feature a mini-fridge and renovated bathroom. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of fresh choices. There's a play area for children as well as board games, a TV and computer for all guests. A rooftop bar nearby has stunning views of the city at sunset.

We had a short stay in a central location to enjoy the highlights of Athens. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with local information, maps, and advice. The property was close to the Plaka area for food and the metro system, as well as all departure points for the tours we booked. The coffee/tea area at the reception was a nice touch, and breakfast had a good variety of options. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with easy access to the commercial area of Plaka, a short walk to the Acropolis and Syntagma Square, and close proximity to restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel, especially OANA at reception, were incredibly kind and always ready to help. The rooms were small but very comfortable and clean, just like we saw in the photos. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Greek and international food, making for a satisfying start to the day.

We were impressed by the great location and the delicious breakfast at our recent stay at Hermes. The staff went above and beyond when we accidentally left a backpack in a taxi, quickly recovering it and bringing it to our room. we would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the sights and explore Athens without needing to rely on public transportation. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with any requests and made sure that I had a pleasant stay.

I was quite disappointed with the size of the room. It was extremely small and cramped, especially since I was staying with two other people.

The hotel's location is great for exploring the city as it is in close proximity to most of the popular attractions and eateries within walking distance. It's built into a mountain, so offers some great views of the city. The bus and metro stops to the airport are just a stone's throw away.

There was one minor drawback during my stay - the bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and close.
